Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original luxury packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and hygiene stickers remain attached and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Processing & Refund

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
